V, subje0ts, the mem1)ers of the Legislative Assembly of Queensland in Parliament assembled, have in the present Session of Parliament cheerfully granted to your Majesty the sums hereinafter mentioned towards the services of the year ending on the thirtieth day of June, One thousand nine hundred and ten, in addition to the sums already granted during the present Session of Parliament towards the same services: And whereas we desire to make good out of the Oonsolidated Revenue Fund of Queensland the ,sums granted to your Majesty as aforesaid: Be it therefore enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with. the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and I~ egi8lative Assembly of Queensland in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows ;- 1. In addition to the sums of One hundred and fifty Appropria. thousand pounds already applied from the Oonsolidated tion. Revenue :Fund (exclusive of the moneys standing to the credit of the Loan Eund Account), Fifteen thousand IJounds aheady applied from the Trust and Special Funds, and Seventy thousand pounds already applied from the moneys standing to the credit of the Loan Fund Account towards the services of the year ending on the thirtieth day of J unc, one thousand nine hundred and ten, by "The A.ppropriation Act of 1909-1910, No. 1,"* there shall and may be issued and applilld towards making good the supplies granted to His :Majesty for the services of the year ending' on the thirtieth day of June, One thpusand nine hundred and ten, the further sums following., that is to say:- From the Consolidated Revenue Fund of Queens- land (exclusive of the moneys standing to the credit of the Loan Fund Account) the sum of 'fwo hundred thousand pounds; From the Trust and Special Funds the sum of Fifteen thousand pounds; and * 9 Edw.
