Appropriation Act of 1909–1910, No. 1 (9 Edw VII No. 1)
CONSTITUTION. 9431 9 EDW. VII. No. 1, 1909. Appropriation Acts. Opposition shall, in lieu of such payment at the rate of three hundred pounds per annum, be entitled to such payment at the rate of five hundred pounds per annum, and in addition thereto the aforesaid allowances. 3. There shall and may be issued and applied towards making good the supplies granted to His Majesty for the services of the year ending on the thirtieth day of June, One thousand nine hundred and ten, the sums following, that is to say,- From the Consolidated Revenue Fund of Queens- land (exclusive of the moneys standing to the credit of the Loan Fund Account) the sum of One hundred and fifty thousand pounds; From the Trust and Special Funds the sum of Fifteen thousand pounds; and From the moneys standing to the c-redit of the Loan Fund Account the sum of Seventy thousand . pounds.
