N 0.1, 1908. the sums hereinafter mentioned towards the services of the year ending on the thirtieth day of June, One thousand nine hundred and eight, in addition to the sums already granted during the last Session of the last Parliament towards. the same services: And whereas we desire to make good out of the Consolidated Revenue Fund of Queensland the sums granted to your Majesty as aforesaid: Be it therefore enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and Legislative Assembly of Queensland in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows ; - Appropria. tion. 1. In addition to the sums of Seven hundred and fifty thousand pounds already applied from the Consolidated ltevenUf~ Fund (exclusive of the moneys standing to the credit of the Loan Fund Account), Seventy thousand pounds already applied from the Trust and Special Funds,. and Two hundred thousand pounds already applied from the moneys standing to the credit of the Loan Fund Account towards the services of the year ending on the thirtieth day of June, One thousand nine hundred and eight., by " The Appropriation Act qf 1907-1908, No. 1," and" The Appropriation Act of 1907-1908, No. 2,"* there shall and may be issued and applied towards making good the supplies granted to His Majesty for the services. on and after the eighteenth day of February, One thousand nine hundred and eight, on account of the year ending on the thirtieth day of June, One thousand nine hundred and eight, the further sums following, that is to say,- From the Consolidated Revenue Fund of Queens- land (exclusive of the moneys standing to the credit of the Loan Fund Account) the sum of Four hundred and fifty thousand pounds. From the Trust and Special Funds the· sum of Fifty thousand pounds. :From the moneys standing to the credit of the Loan Fund Account the sum of One hundred and fifty thousand pounds. Treasurer to' 2. [ASSENTED TO 21sT APRIL, 1908.] MOST GRACIOUS SOVEREIGN,- W E, your Majesty's most dutiful and loyal subjects, Proamble. the Legislative Assembly of Queensland in Parlia- ment assembled, towards making good the supply which we have cheerfully granted to your Majesty in the last Session of the last Parliament and the present Session. of Parliament, have resolved to grant unto your Majesty the sums hereinafter mentioned, and do therefore beseech your Majesty that it may be enacted; and be it therefore enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and Legislative Assembly of Queens- land in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows : - 1.
