[ASSENTED TO 29TH NOVEMBER, 1906.] W- HEREAS we, your Majesty's most dutiful and loyal subjects, the members of the Legislative Assembly of Queensland in Parliament assembled, have in the present Session of Parliament cheerfully granted to your Majesty the sum hereinafter mentioned towards the services of the year ending on the thirtieth day of June, One thousand nine hundred and seven, in addition to the sums already granted during the present Session of Parliament towards the same services: And whereas we desire to make good out of the Oonsolidated Revenue Fund of Queensland the sum granted to your Majesty as aforesaid: Be it therefore enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty, by and

RevenuA Fund (exclusive of the moneys standin~ to the eredit of the Loan Fund Account), Seventy thousand pounds already applied from the Trust and Special Funds, and Two hundred thousand pounds already applied from the moneys standing to the credit of the Loan }"und Account towards the services of the year ending on the thirtieth day 0f June, One thousand nine hundred and seven, by " The .Appropriation Act of 1906-1907, No. 1," and" The .Appropriation .Act of 1906-1907, No. 2,"* there shall and may be issued and applied towards making good the supplies granted to His Majesty for the services {)f the year ending on the thirtieth day of June, One thousand nine hundred and seven, the further sum follow- ing, that is to say,- From the Consolidated Revenue Fund of Queens- land (exclusive of the moneys standing to the credit of the Loan Fund Account) the sum of One hundred thousand pounds. 2.
