OF ~~ ~ ·i~ 01t [ASSENTED TO 27TH SEPTEMBER, 1906.J W HEREAS we, your Majesty's most dutiful and loyal Preamble. subjects, the members of the Legislative Assembly of Queensland in Parliament assembled, have in the present Session of Parliament cheerfully granted to your Majesty the sums hereinafter mentioned towards the services of the year ending on the thirtieth day of June, One thousand nine hundred and seven, in addition to the sums already granted during the present Session of Parliament towards the same services: And whereas we desire to make good out of the Consolidated Revenue Fund of Queensland the sums granted to your Majesty as aforesaid: Be it therefore enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and Legislative Assembly of Queensland in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:- 1. In addition to the sums of Three hundred and fifty Appropria. thousand pounds already applied from the Consolidated tion. Revenue Fund (exclusive of the moneys standing to the credit of the Loan J; ~ und Account), Thirty thousand pounds already applied from the Trust and Special Funds, and One hundred thousand pounds already applied from the moneys standing to the credit of the Loan Fund Account towards the services of the year ending on the thirtieth day of June, one thousand nine hundred and seven, by " The Appropriation Act of 1906-1907, No. 1,"* there shall and may be issued and applied towards making good the supplies granted to His Majesty for the services of the year ending on the thirtieth day of June, One thousand nine hundred and seven, the further sums following, that is to say:- From the Consolidated Revenue Fund of Queens- land (exdusive of the moneys standing to the credit of the Ijoan Fund Account) the sum of Four hundred thousand pounds; From the Trust and Special Funds the sum of Forty thousand pounds; and * 6 Edw. VII. No. 1, last preceding Act.
