In the last paragraph of the Schedule to the Amendment Principal Act, the words" twenty-fourth day of May" are of Schedule. repealed; also the words "proclaimed by notice" are repealed, and the words "notified by the Home Secretary" are inserted in lieu thereof. N0.1,1906. the several sums hereinafter mentioned towards the services of the year ending on the thirtieth day of June, One thousand nine hundred and seven; And whereas we desire to make good out of the Consolidated' Revenue Fund of Queensland the several sums granted to your Majesty as aforesaid; Be it therefore enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and Legislative Assembly of Queensland in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows ;- Appropria. tion. 1. There shall and may be issued and applied towards making good the supplies granted to His Majesty for the services of the year ending on the thirtieth day of June, One thousand nine hundred and seven, the sums following, that is to say,- From the Consolidated Revenue Fund of Queens- land (exclusive of the moneys standing to the credit of the Loan Fund Account) the sum of Three hundred and fifty thousand pounds; From the Trust and Special Funds the sum of Thirty thousand pounds; and From the moneys standing to the credit of the Loan Fund Account the sum of One hundred thousand pounds.
