[ASSENTED TO 281'H SEPTEMBER, 1905.] B E it enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legis- lative Council and Legislative Assemhly of Queensland in Parliament assembled, and by the autl,lority of the same,. as follows :- Appropria- tion. I, In addition to the sums of Three hundred and fifty thousand pounds already applied from the Consolidated HevenuA Fund (exclusive of the moneys standing to the credit of the Loan Fund Account), Thirty thousand pounds already applied from the Trust and Special Funds, and One hundred thousand pounds already applied from. the moneys standing to the credit of the Loan Fund Account towards the services of the year ending on the thirtieth day I)f June, One thousand nine hundred and six, by " The A.ppropriation Act of 1905-1906, No. 1,"" there shall and may be issued and applied towards making good the supplies granted to His Majesty for the services of the year ending on the thirtieth day of June, One thousand nine hundred and six, the further sums follow- ing, that is to say,- From the Consolidated Revenue Fund of Queens- land (exclusive of the moneys standing to the credit of the Loan Fund Account) the sum of Four hundred thousand pounds; and J!lrom the Trust and Special Funds the sum of Thirty thousand pounds. Treasurer to 2. The Treasurer of the State shall issue and pay the ~ : ~ i; e:~: rb said several sums for the purposes bereinbefore mentioned,. warrant. Y to such persons, upon such days, and in such proportions as the Governor, by any warrant or order in writing under his hand and directed to the said Treasurer, shall from time to time order and direct, and the payments so made shall be charged upon and payable out of the Consolidated Revenue Fund of the State. ------- ------ * 5 Edw. The Treasurer shall in his accounts from time to Treasurer to time be allowed credit for any sum or sums of money paid ~ : e~ ~ ° fu: d by him in pursuance of such warrant or order in writing sums paid in as aforesaid, and the receipt or receipts of the respective ~: ~ ~~ ~ .ce of persons to whom the same shall be so paid shall be a full and valid discharge to the said Treasurer in passing his accounts for any such sum or sums as shall be therein mentioned, and he shall receive credit for the same accordingly. 4. This Act may be cited as "Tlte Appropriation Short title. Act of 1905.1906, No. 2." An Act to Apply certain Sums of Money out of the 5 Edw. VII. [A.sSENTED TO 18TH DECEMBER, 1905.] MOST GRACIOUS SOVEREIGN,- W E, your Majesty's most dutiful and loyal subjects,Preamble. the Legislative Assembly of Queensland in Parliament assembled, towards making good the supply which we have cheerfully granted to your Majesty in the present Session of Parliament, have resolved to grant unto your Majesty the sums hereinafter mentioned, and do therefore beseech your Majesty that it may be enacted; and be it therefore enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and Legislative Assembly of Queens- land in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows : - 1. In addition to the several sums specified in the ~ ppropria Schedules to this Bill marked respectively A, E, C, and D, [S~edules A and which sums are payable under the authority of the B,cC,and D.j several Acts in those Schedules respectively mentioned, there shall and may be issued and applied, towards making good the supplies granted to His Majesty for the service of the year ending on the last day of June, One thousand. nine hundred and six, the sums following, inclusive of the
