[ASSENTED TO 281'H SEPTEMBER, 1905.] B E it enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legis- lative Council and Legislative Assemhly of Queensland in Parliament assembled, and by the autl,lority of the same,. as follows :- Appropria- tion. I, In addition to the sums of Three hundred and fifty thousand pounds already applied from the Consolidated HevenuA Fund (exclusive of the moneys standing to the credit of the Loan Fund Account), Thirty thousand pounds already applied from the Trust and Special Funds, and One hundred thousand pounds already applied from. the moneys standing to the credit of the Loan Fund Account towards the services of the year ending on the thirtieth day I)f June, One thousand nine hundred and six, by " The A.ppropriation Act of 1905-1906, No. 1,"" there shall and may be issued and applied towards making good the supplies granted to His Majesty for the services of the year ending on the thirtieth day of June, One thousand nine hundred and six, the further sums follow- ing, that is to say,- From the Consolidated Revenue Fund of Queens- land (exclusive of the moneys standing to the credit of the Loan Fund Account) the sum of Four hundred thousand pounds; and J!lrom the Trust and Special Funds the sum of Thirty thousand pounds. [A.sSENTED TO 18TH DECEMBER, 1905.] MOST GRACIOUS SOVEREIGN,- W E, your Majesty's most dutiful and loyal subjects,Preamble. the Legislative Assembly of Queensland in Parliament assembled, towards making good the supply which we have cheerfully granted to your Majesty in the present Session of Parliament, have resolved to grant unto your Majesty the sums hereinafter mentioned, and do therefore beseech your Majesty that it may be enacted; and be it therefore enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and Legislative Assembly of Queens- land in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows : - 1. In addition to the several sums specified in the ~ ppropria­ Schedules to this Bill marked respectively A, E, C, and D, [S~edules A and which sums are payable under the authority of the B,cC,and D.j several Acts in those Schedules respectively mentioned, there shall and may be issued and applied, towards making good the supplies granted to His Majesty for the service of the year ending on the last day of June, One thousand. nine hundred and six, the sums following, inclusive of the
