[ASSENTED TO 17TH DECEMBER, 1904.] MOST GRACIOUS SOVEREIGN,- W E, your Majesty's most dutiful and loyal subjects, Preamble. the Legislative Assembly of Queensland in Parliament assembled, towards making good the supply which we have cheerfully granted to your Majesty in the last and present Sessions of Parliament, have resolved to grant unto your Majesty the sums hereinafter mentioned, and do therefore beseech your Majesty that it may be -enacted; and be it therefore enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent -of the Legislative Oouncil and Legislative Assembly of Queensland in Parliament assembled, and by the authority -of the same, as follows : - 1. In addition to the several sums specified in the ~ ppropria­ Schedules to this Bill marked respectively A, B, 0, and D, [Sciliedules A and which sums are payable under the authority of the B, C, and D.j several Acts in those Schedules respectively mentioned, there shall and may be issued and applied, towards making good the supplies granted to Hjs Majesty for the service -of the year ending on the last day of June, One thousand nine hundred and five, the sums following, inclusive of the two several sums of Four hundred and eighty thousand pounds and Four hundred and seventy-five thousand pounds already authorised to be applied towards the service -of the year ending on the last day of June, One thousand nine hundred and five, by "The Appropriation Act of 1904-1905, No. 1," and" The Appropriation Act of 1904- 1905, No. 2,"* that is to say,- From the Oonsolidated Revenue Fund of Queens- land, exclusive of the moneys standing to the credit of the Loan Fund Account, the sum f)f Two million and eighteen thousand and eighteen pounds; * 4 Edw.
