Consolidated Revenue Fund of Queensland of ~ : E2. further Sums towards the Service of the Year A: r~ ~ O~ ~ : ­ ending on the thirtieth day of June, 1905. m' ~ g: i. ! 105> [ASSENTED TO 28TH SEPTEMBER, 1904.] W HEREAS we, your Majesty's most dutiful and loyal Preamble. subject~ , the members of the Legislative Assembly of Queensland in Parliament assembled, have in the present Session of Parliament cheerfully granted to your Majesty the sums hereinafter mentioned towards the ser- vices of the year ending on the thirtieth day of June, One thousand nine hundred and five, in addition to the sums already granted during the last Session of Parliament towards the same services: And whereas we desire to make good out of the Consolidated Revenue Fund of Queensland the sums g'ranted to your Majesty as aforesaid: Be it therefore enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legis- lative Council and Legislative Assembly of Queensland in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows :- 1. No. 2, 1904. credit of the Loan Fund Account), Thirty thousand pounds already applied from the Trust and Special Funds, and One hundred thousand pounds already applied from the moneys standing to the credit of the Loan Fund Account towards the services of the year ending on the thirtieth day of June, One thousand nine hundred and. five, by " The Appropriation Act of 1904-1905, No. 1,"* there shall and may be issued and applied towards making good the supplies granted to His Majesty for the services of the year ending on the thirtieth day of June, One thousand nine hundred and five, the further sums follow- ing, that is to say,- From the Oonsolidated Revenue Fund of Queens- land (exclusive of the moneys standing to the credit of the Loan Fund Account) the sum of Four hundred thousand pounds; :Prom the Trust and Special Funds the sum of Twenty-five thousand pounds; and From the moneys standing to the credit of the Loan Fund Account the sum of Fifty thousand pounds. ~ reasurer to 2.
