[AsSEN'l'ED TO 16TH OCTOBER, 1903.] W HEREAS we, your Majesty's most dutiful and loyal Preamble. snbjectb, the members of the Legislative Assembly of Queensland in Parliament assembled, have in the present Session of Parliament cheerfully granted to your Majesty the sum hereinafter mentioned towards the ser- vices of the year ending on the thirtieth day of June, One thousand nine hundred and four, in addition to the sums already granted during the present Session of Parliament towards the same services: And whereas we desire to make good out of the Oonsolidated Revenue Fund of Queensland the sum granted to your Majesty as aforesaid: Be it therefore enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legis- lative Oouncil and Legislative Assemhly of Queensland in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows :- 1. Fund (exclusive of the moneys standin6 to the credit of the Loan Fund Account), Fifty thousand pounds already applied from the Trust and Special Funds, and Two hundred and fifty thousand pounds already applied from the moneys standing to the credit of the Loan }'und Account towards the services of the year ending on the thirtieth day of June, One thousand nine hundred and four, by " The Appropriation Act oj 1903-1904, No. 1,"* there shall and may be issued and applied towards making good the .supplies granted to His Majesty for the services of the year ending on the thirtieth day of June, One thousand nine hundred and four, the further sum follow- ing, that is to say,- From the Oonsolidated Revenue Fund of Queens.. land (exclusive of the moneys standing to the credit of the Loan Fund Account) the sum of Three hundred and fifty thousand pounds.
