CONSTITUTION. --------- 2 EDW. VII. No. 9, 1902. Appropriatio'l1 Act No. 3. 8239 persons to whom the same shall be so paid shall be a full and valid discharge to the said Treasurer in passing his accounts for any such sum or sums as shall be therein mentioned, and he shall receive credit for the same accordingly. 4. Rl~ ~ ~ ; ending on the thirtieth day of June, 1903. 19~~ :~~ , [ASSENTED TO 25TH NOVEMBER, 1902.J W HEREAS we, your Majesty's most dutiful and loyal Preamble. subjects, the members of the Legislative Assembly of Queensland in Parliament assembled, have in the present Session of Parliament cheerfully granted to your Majesty the sums hereinafter mentioned towards the services of the year ending on the thirtieth day of .June, One thousand nine hundred and three, in addition to the sums already granted during the present Session of Parliament towards the same services: And whereas we desire to make good out of the Consolidated Revenue Fund of Queensland the Be sums granted to your Majesty as aforesaid: it therefore enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and Legislative Assembly of Queensland in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows : - 1. In addition to the sums of Seven hundred and fifty Approprw thousand pounds already applied from the Consolidated tlOll. Revenue Fund (exclusive of the moneys standing to the credit of the Loan Fund Account) ~ Fifty thousand pounds already applied from the Trust and Special Funds, and Two hundred and fifty thousand pounds already applied from the moneys standing to the credit of the Loan Fund Account towards the services of the year ending on the thirtieth day of June, One thousand nine hundred and three, by " The Appropriation Act oI190~ · 1903, No. 1," and" The Appro- priation Aet of 1902.1903, No. 2,"* there shall and may be issued and applied towards making good the supplies granted to His Majesty for the services of the year ending * 2 Edw. VII. Nos. 2 a.nd 5, last two preceding Acts.
