CONS1'ITUTION. S237 2 EDW. VII. No. 5, 1902. Appropriation Act No. 2. services of the year ending on the thirtieth day of June, One thousand nine hundred and three, the sums following, that is to say ;- From the Consolidated Revenue Fund of Queens- land (exclusive of the moneys standing to the credit of the Loan Fund Account) the sum of Four hundred thousand pounds; From the Trust and Special Funds the sum of Fifty thousand pounds; and From the moneys standing to the credit of the Loan Fund Account the sum of Two hundred and fifty thousand pounds. 2. The Treasurer of the State shall issue and pay the Treasurer to said several sums for the purposes hereinbefore mentioned, ~ : ~ i~ e~ ~ : ~ s to such persons, upon such days, and in such proportions by warrant. as the Governor, by any warrant or order in writing under his hand and directed to the said Treasurer, shall from time to time order and direct, and the payments so. made shall be charged upon and payable out of the ConsolIdated Revenue Fund of the State. 3. The Treasurer shall, in his accounts, from time to Treasurer to t . Majesty the sum .hereinafter mentioned towards the ser- vices of the year ending on the thirtieth day of June, One thousand nine hundred and three, in addition to the sums already granted during the present Session of Parliament towards the same services: And whereas we desire to make good out of the Consolidated Revenue Fund of Queensland the sum granted to your Majesty as aforesaid: Be it therefore enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legis- lative Council and Legislative Assemhl.v of Queensland in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows :- A.ppropria- tion. 1. In addition to the sums of Four hundred thousand pounds already applied from the Consolidated ItevenUf~ Fund (exclusive of the moneys standing to the credit of the Loan Fund Account), Fifty thousand pounds already applied from the Trust and Special Funds, and Two hundred and fifty thousand pounds already applied from the moneys standing to the credit of the Loan Fund Account towards the services of the year ending on the thirtieth day 0f June, One thousand ,nine hundred and three, by " The A.ppropriation A.ct of 1902-1903, No. 1,"* there shall and may be issued and applied towards making good the supplies granted to His Majesty for the services of the year ending on the thirtieth day of June, One thousand nine hundred and three, the further sum follow- ing, that is to say,- From the Consolidated Revenue Fund of Queens- land (exclusive of the moneys standing to the credit of the Loan Fund Account) the sum of Three hundred and fifty thousand pounds.
