Appropriation Act of 1902-1903 (1902 No 105) (NSW)
Act No. 105, 1902.
An Act to appropriate and apply out of t he Con solidated Revenue F u n d of N e w South Wales certain Sums to make good the Supplies gran ted for t he Service of t he year from the 1st day of Ju ly , 1902, to t he 30th day of J u n e , 1903, inclusive of bo th dates, and to adjust the vote " Advance to Treasurer , 1901-1902," for supplementary charges dur ing the period from 1st Ju ly , 1901, to 30th J u n e , 1902, inclusive of bo th d a t e s ; and for purposes connected wi th and incidenta l to the above objects. [20th December, 1902.]

G R O S S T O T A L £7 ,851,060 1 3 XII . The Treasurer of the said State shall issue and pay the said several sums to such persons for the purposes hereinbefore men tioned in such manner and in such proportions as the Governor by any warrant or order in writing under his hand and directed to the said Treasurer shall from time to time order and direct, and the payments so to be made shall be charged upon and payable out of the Consoli dated Revenue Fund of the said State; but the said Treasurer shall not be held liable for any claims which may arise in connection with any of the State Departments transferred to the Commonwealth on or after the date of such transfer.
XI I I . The said Treasurer shall in his Accounts from time to time be allowed credit for any sum or sums of money paid by him in pursuance of such warrant or order in writing as aforesaid, and the receipt or receipts of the respective persons to whom the same shall be so paid shall be a full and valid discharge to the said Treasurer in passing his said Accounts for any such sum or sums as shall be therein mentioned, and he shall receive credit for the same accordingly.
XIV. This Act may be cited as the "Appropriation Act of
1902-1903."
