CONSTITUTION, 8119 1901. Appropriation Act No. 4, 2. [ASSEN'rED 1'0 21ST DECEMBER, 1901.] MOST GRACIOUS SOVEREIGN,- W E, your Majesty's most dutiful and loyal subjects, the Legislative Assembly of Queensland in Parliament assembled, towards making good the supply which we have cheerfully granted to your Majesty in this Session of Parliament, have resolved to grant unto your Majesty the sums hereinafter mentioned, and do therefore beseech your Majesty that it may be enacted; and. be it therefore enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and Legislative Assembly of Queensland in Parlia- ment assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:- . 1. No. 15, several Acts in those Schedules respectively mentioned, there shall and may be issued and applied, towards making good the supplies granted to His Majesty for the service of the year ending on the last day of June, One thousand nine hundred and two, the sums following, inclusive of the three several sums of Seven hundred thousand pounds and Three hundred and fifty thousand pounds and Five hundred and fifty thousand pounds already authorised to be applied towards the service of the year ending on the last day of June, One thousand nine hundred and. two, by "The Appropriation Act of 1901-1902, No. 1," and "The Appropriation Act of 1901.1902, No. 2," and "The Appropria,tion Act of 1901-1902, No. 3,"* that is to say,- From the Consolidated Revenue Fund of Queens- land, exclusive of the moneys standing to the credit of the Loan Fund Account, the sum of Two million three hundred and fifty-two thousand four hundred and forty-nine pounds; From the Trust and Special Funds the sum of One hundred and sixty-five thousand two hundred and fifteen pounds five shillings and ten pence; and }-'rom the moneys standing' to the credit of the Loan Fund Account the sum of' One million one hundred and ninety-seven thousand three hundred and twenty pounds. Act of 1901-1902, No. 3,"* and which are set forth in the Schedules to this Act marked respectively [Schedules G, G, H, and I, amounting, as appears by the said Schedules, H, and 1.J in all to the sum of 'l'hl'ee million seven hundred and fourteen thousand nine hundred and eighty-four pounds five shillings and ten pence, are appropriated, ani shall be deemed to have been appropriated as from the first day of July, One thousand nine hundred and one, for the purposes and services expressed in the said Schedules G, H, and I, respectively. CONSTITUTION. 8121 1901. Appropriation Act No. 4., the authority of the several Acts in that Schedule men- tioned, there shall and may also be issued and applied the further sums following, that is to say,- From the Consolidated Revenue Fund of Queens- land, exclusive of the moneys standing to the credit of the Loan Fund Account, a further sum of Three hundred and seventy-seven thousand six hundred and eleven pounds three shillings and three pence; From the Trust and Special Funds the sum of Twelve thousand six hundred and seventy pounds eight shillings and seven pence; From the moneys standing to the credit of the Loan ,FuDd Account a further sum of One hundred and two thousand nine hundred and seventy- nine pounds seventeen shillings and ten pence; to defray Supplementary Charges for the service of the said year ended on the last day of June, One thousand nine hundred and one, and such sums shall be deemed to have been appropriated as from the first day of July, One thousand nine hundred, for the purposes and services expressed in the Schedules to this Act marked K, L, and M. Governor, by any warrant or order under his hand and directed to the Treasurer, from time to time orders and directs, and the payments so made shall be charged upon and payable out of the Oonsolidated Revenue Fund of Queensland. 6.
