Preamble. Appropria- tion. [ASSENTED TO 20TH NOVEMBER, 1901.J WHEREAS we, your Majesty's most dutiful and loyal subjects, the members of the Legislative Assembly of Queensland in Parliament assembled, have in the present Session of Parliament cheerfully granted to your Majesty the sums hereinafter mentioned towards the services of the year ending on the thirtieth day of June, One thousand nine hundred and two, in addition to the sums already granted during the present Session of Parliament towards the same services: And whereas we desire to make good out of the Consolidated Revenue Fund of Queensland the sums granted to your Majesty as aforesaid: Be it therefore enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty; by and with the arvice and consent of the Legislative Council and Legisl,tive Assembly of Queensland in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follow~ : - 1. In addition to the sums of Seven hundred and fifty thousand . ounds already applied from the Consolidated Revenue F d (exclusive of the moneys standing to the credit of th Loan Fund Account), Fifty thousand pounds already app ied from the Trust and Special Funds, and Two hundred a d fifty thousand pounds already applied from the . moneys standing to the credit of the Loan Fund Account towards th~ services of the year ending on the thirtieth day of June, One thousand nine hundred and two, by" The Appropriation Act olI901- 190~ , No. 1," and" The Appro- priation Act of 1901-1902, No. 2,"* there shall and may be issued and applied towards making good the supplies granted to His Majesty for the services of the year 'ending on the thirtieth day of June, One thousand nine hundred and two, the further sums following, that is to say,- From the Consolidated Revenue Fund of' Queens- land (exclusive of the moneys standing to the credit of the Loan Fund Account) the sum of Three hundred thousand pounds; From the Trust and Special Funds the sum of Fifty thousand pounds; and . From the moneys standing to the credit of' the Loan Fund Account the sum of Two hundred thousand pounds. 11< l1<:dw. VII. Nos. 1 and 6, last two preceding Acts.

[ASSEN'rED 1'0 21ST DECEMBER, 1901.] MOST GRACIOUS SOVEREIGN,- W E, your Majesty's most dutiful and loyal subjects, the Legislative Assembly of Queensland in Parliament assembled, towards making good the supply which we have cheerfully granted to your Majesty in this Session of Parliament, have resolved to grant unto your Majesty the sums hereinafter mentioned, and do therefore beseech your Majesty that it may be enacted; and. be it therefore enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and Legislative Assembly of Queensland in Parlia- ment assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:- . 1.
