No. 6, From the Trust and Special Funds the sum of Fifty thousand pounds; and From the moneys standing to the credit of the Loan Fund Account the sum of Two hundred and fifty thousand pounds. HEREAS we, your Majesty's most dutiful and loyal subject~ , the members of the Legislative Assembly of Queensland in Parliament assembled, have in the present Session of Parliament cheerfully gTanted to your Majesty the sum hereinafter mentioned towards the ser- vices of the year ending on the thirtieth day of June, One thousand nine hundred· and two, in addition to the sums already granted during the present Session of Parliament towards the same services: And whereas we desire to- make good out of the Oonsolidated Revenue ]'und of Queensland the sum granted to your Majesty as aforesaid: Be it therefore enacted by the King's Most Excellent

Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legis- lative Council and Legislative Assemhly of Queensland in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows :- 1. In addition to the sums of Four hundred thousand Appropria.- pounds already applied from the Consolidated l~ eVfmue tion. Fund (exclusive of the moneys standing to the credit of the Loan Fund Account), Fifty thousand pounds already applied from the Trust and Special Funds, and 1'wo hundred and fifty thousand pounds already applied from the moneys standing to the credit of the Loan Fund Account towards thc services of the year ending on the thirtieth day of June, One thousand nine hundred and two, by " The .Appropriation .Act of 1901-1902, No. 1,"* there shall and may be issued and applied towards making good the supplies granted to His Majesty for the services of the .\'ear ending on the thirtieth day of June, One thousand nine hundred and two, the further sums following, that is to say,- From the Consolidated Revenue Fund of Queens- land (exclusive of the moneys standing to the credit of the Loan l!'und Account) the sum of Three hundred and fifty thousand pounds. 2. '.rhe Treasurer of the State shall issue and pay the Treasurer to said sum for the purpose berei~ before mentioned, to such ; : ~ i~ e~ ~ : rby persons, upon such days, and III such proportions as the warrant.
