Queensland Appropriation Act (No. 2) 1991 Act No. 72 of 1991 An Act authorising moneys to be issued and applied for supply services and to appropriate certain of these moneys to particular services for the financial years that started 1 July 1990 and 1991 and starting 1 July 1992 [Assented to 21 November 1991]

2 Appropriation (No. 2) No. 72, 1991 BE IT ENACTED by the Queen’s Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of Queensland in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows. Short title 1. This Act may be cited as the Appropriation Act (No. 2) 1991 . Supply based on Approved Estimates for 1991-1992 2.(1) The Treasurer may issue from the public accounts, and apply towards the supply granted for services in the financial year that started 1 July 1991, the following moneys— From the Consolidated Fund . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . $ 5 250 229 000 From the Trust and Special Funds . . . . . . . . . . . . . . $ 5 697 649 000 Total . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . $10 947 878 000 (2) The amounts mentioned in subsection (1) are in addition to the amounts of— (a) $3 736 000 000; and (b) $4 679 000 000; and (c) $10 000 000; already authorised by the AppropriationAct1990-1991(No.2) and the Appropriation Act 1991-1992 (No. 1) to be issued from the public accounts and applied for services in the financial year that started 1 July 1991. (3) The supply granted for services in the financial year that started 1 July 1991 is specified in Parts 1 and 2 of the Schedule.
