WESTERN AUSTRALIA.
APPROPRIATION
(GENERAL LOAN FUND).
No. 111 of 1973.
AN ACT to appropriate and apply from the General Loan Fund certain sums to make good the sup- plies granted for the service of the Year ending the 30th day of June, 1974, and to supplement grants made by the present Parliament during its Third Session in adjustment of the Vote "Advance to Treasurer, 1972-73," for charges during the Year ended the 30th day of June, 1973.

BE it enacted by the Queen's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and the Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—

Application
| of moneys. | 2. There shall and may be issued and applied, |
for or towards making good the supply granted to Her Majesty for the services of the year ending the thirtieth day of June, one thousand nine hundred and seventy-four the sum of Fifty-six Million Three Hundred and Fifteen Thousand Dollars from the General Loan Fund.

this Act, and the Acts mentioned in Schedule A to this Act, towards making good the supply granted to Her Majesty, is appropriated from the General Loan Fund for the purposes and services expressed in Schedule B.
Advance to
| Treasurer | (2) The sum of Six Million One Hundred and Eighty-three Thousand Four Hundred and Seven- teen Dollars and Thirteen Cents granted by this Act to supplement grants in confirmation of the expenditure from the Vote "Advance to Treasurer, 1972-73," for charges during the Year ended the thirtieth day of June, one thousand nine hundred and seventy-three is appropriated from the General Loan Fund and shall be deemed to have been appropriated for the purposes and services expressed in Schedule C. |
