APPROPRIATION (GENERAL
LOAN FUND).
No. 71 of 1971.
AN ACT to appropriate and apply from the General Loan Fund certain sums to make good the sup- plies granted for the service of the Year ending the 30th day of June, 1972, and to supplement grants made by the last Parliament during its third Session in adjustment of the Vote " Advance to Treasurer, 1970-71," for charges during the Year ended the 30th day of June, 1971.

BE it enacted by the Queen's Most ExcellentMajesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and the Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—
1. This Act may be cited as the Appropriation Act short due.

Application
There shall and may be issued and applied, for or towards making good the supply granted to Her Majesty for the services of the year ending the thirtieth day of June, one thousand nine hundred and seventy- two the sum of Fifty-eight Million Eight Hundred and Ninety-four Thousand Dollars from the General Loan Fund.

Appropriation
(1) The sum of Eighty-eight Million, Eight Hundred and Ninety-four Thousand Dollars granted by this Act, and the Acts mentioned in Schedule A to this Act, towards making good the supply granted to Her Majesty, is appropriated from the General Loan Fund for the purposes and services expressed in Schedule B.

| Treasurer | (2) The sum of Three Million Nine Hundred and Ninety-five Thousand Nine Hundred and Fifty-five Dollars and Fifty Cents granted by this Act to supple- ment grants in confirmation of the expenditure from the Vote "Advance to Treasurer, 1970-71," for charges during the Year ended the thirtieth day of June, one thousand nine hundred and seventy-one is appropriated from the General Loan Fund and shall be deemed to have been appropriated for the purposes and services expressed in Schedule C. |
