APPROPRIATION
(GENERAL LOAN FUND).
No. 117 of 1969.
AN ACT to appropriate and apply from the General Loan Fund certain sums to make good the sup- plies granted for the service of the Year ending the 30th day of June, 1970, and to supplement grants made by the Present Parliament during its first Session in adjustment of the Vote " Advance to Treasurer, 1968-69," for charges during the Year ended the 30th day of June, 1969.

Wjects, the Legislative Assembly of Western Aus-
tralia, in Parliament assembled, towards making good the supply which we have cheerfully granted Your Majesty in this Session of Parliament, have resolved to grant unto Your Majesty the Sums hereinafter mentioned, and do therefore most humbly beseech Your Majesty that it may be enacted : And be it

therefore enacted by the Queen's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and Legislative Assembly of West- ern Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows (that is to say) :—
1. This Act may be cited as the Appropriation Act Short aue.
(General Loan Fund), 1969-70.
2. There shall and may be issued and applied, for Atetaittir.
or towards making good the supply granted to Her Majesty for the services of the year ending the thirtieth day of June, one thousand nine hundred and seventy the sum of Thirty-nine Million Dollars from the General Loan Fund.
3. (1) The sum of Sixty-nine Million Dollars granted Ntraftetsi°n
by this Act, and the Acts mentioned in Schedule A to ?nein
this Act, towards making good the supply granted to
Her Majesty, is appropriated from the General Loan
Fund for the purposes and services expressed in
Schedule B.
