Queensland Appropriation Act 1992 Act No. 39 of 1992 An Act authorising amounts to be issued and applied for services in the financial year that started 1 July 1992 [Assented to 10 August 1992]

4 Appropriation No. 39, 1992 BE IT ENACTED by the Queen’s Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of Queensland in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows. ˙ Short title 1. This Act may be cited as the Appropriation Act 1992 . ˙ Further supply on account of 1992–1993 2.(1) The Treasurer may issue out of the public accounts, and apply towards making good the supply granted for services in the financial year that started 1 July 1992, the following amounts— From the Consolidated Fund $2 530 000 000 From the Trust and Special Funds $3 050 000 000 Total $5 580 000 000 (2) The amounts mentioned in subsection (1) are in addition to the amounts already authorised by the Appropriation Act (No. 2) 1991 to be issued from the public accounts and applied for services in the financial year that started 1 July 1992.
