2 Appropriation Act 1991-1992 (No. 1) 1991 BE IT ENACTED by the Queen’s Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of Queensland in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows. ˙ Short title 1. This Act may be cited as the Appropriation Act 1991-1992 (No. 1). ˙ Further supply on account of 1991-1992 2. (1) The Treasurer may issue out of the public accounts, and apply towards making good the supply granted for services in the financial year starting 1 July 1991, the following moneys— From the Consolidated Fund . . . . . . . . . . . . . $2,236,000,000 From the Trust and Special Funds . . . . . . . . . $1,879,000,000 Total . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . $4,115,000,000 (2) The moneys specified in subsection (1) are in addition to the amount of $4,310,000,000 already authorised by Appropriation Act 1990-1991 (No.2) to be issued from the public accounts and applied for services in the financial year starting 1 July 1991.
