Appropriation Act 1990-1991 (No. 1) 1990, No. 41 851 BE IT ENACTED by the Queen's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of Queensland in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same. as follows:- 1. Short Title. This Act may be cited as the Appropriation Act 1990-1991 (No. 1). 2. Further supply on account of 1990 - 1991 . (1) There may be issued out of the public accounts and applied towards making good the supply granted to Her Majesty for the supply services of the financial year ending on 30th June, 1991 the sums following, that is to say- (a) from the Consolidated Revenue Fund the sum of'. ......................... $2,797,000,000 (b) from the Trust and Special Funds the sum of (c) from the Loan Fund the sum of ...... $2,250,000,000 $25,000,000 amounting in all to the sum of $5,072,000,000 (2) The sums specified in subsection ( 1) are in addition to the amount of $4,425,000,000 already authorized by the Appropriation Act1989-1990 (No.2) to be issued fom the public accounts and applied towards making good the supply services of the financial year ending on 30th June, 1991.
