1154 Appropriation Act 1989-1990 (No. 2) 1989, No. 86 BE IT ENACTED by the Queen's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of Queensland in Parliament assembled, and, by the authority of the same, as follows:- 1. Short title. This Act may be cited as the Appropriation Act 1989- 1990 (No. 2). 2. Sr : ° 'eased on -oved Estimates for 1989-1990. (1) There may be issued out of the public accounts and applied towards making good the supply granted to Her Majesty for the services of the financial year ending on 30th June 1990 the sums following, that is to say- (a) from the Consolidated Revenue Fund the sum of $8,090,454,000 (b) from the Trust and Special Funds the sum of $11,461,342,000 (c) from the Loan Fund the sum of ...... $109,586,000 amounting in all to the sum of $19,661,382,000 (2) The sums specified in subsection (1) are inclusive of the two sums of- (i) $2,900,000,000, and (ii) $5,720,000,000; and in lieu of the sum of $110,000,000 already authorized to be issued from the public accounts and applied towards making good tl, supply for the services of the financial year ending on 30.' . une 1990 by the Appropriation Act 1988- 1989 (No. 2) w.sd the Appropriation Act 1989-1990 (No. 1). 3.
