HEREAS, by the laws relating to the Customs and 'l'radc and
Preamble
other Acts | Orrlinancrs of the State of South Australia, |
certain duties, fines, and other moneys are or may I)e imposed, levied, and collected, to be paid to the Treasurer on behalf of His Majesty, His heirs antl successors, for the public uses of the said State and support of the Government thercof: And whereas certain other moneys are or may become payable to the said State for the like uses under the provisions of the Comnlontvealth of Australia Con- stitution Act, 63 & 64 vict., ch.

Be it therefore Enacted by the Governor, with the advice and
consent of the Parliament of South Australia, as follows:
1, Out of the said duties, or other moneys paid by the Common-Approprintit,tb of
Oenem' Revenue. appropriated, there shall or may be further issued and applied, in the mahner hereinafter mentioned, any sums of money not exceedingwealth of Australia, and the produce of' all or any other the General
in amount respectively the several sums of money hereinafter specified,
