.Iustralia, certain rl~ities, fines, and other morleys are or may be imposed, levied, and collected, to be paid to the Treasurer GII behalf' of' Her Majesty, Her heirs and successors, for the public uses of the said province and support of the Government thereof-Be it there- fore Enacted by the Governor, with the advice and consent of the

Parliarnen t of south ~ustralia, ' as follows:

General Public Revenues of the said province, not otherwise by law G-~neral	Revenue.

Treasurer to pay the 2, The Treasurer shall issnc and pay, from time to time. any suru

ordere of Governor,

anddiaohargeby	or sum8 of money for the purposes hereinbefore mentioned, riot
receipt of party.	exceeding in the whole the sums respectively in that behalf herein- before specified, to such persons knd in-such portions as the Governor for the time being shall, by any order or orders in writing signed by him and comtersigned by the Chief Secretary, from time to time direct; and the said 'l'reasiwer shall, in his accounts, be allowed credit for all sums paid by him in pur&nnce of such orders accordingly; and the receipts of the persons to whom such sums shall have been so paid shall be to him a full discharge
respectively given, and the amounts thereof shall be passed to his for the sum or sums for which the same receipts shall have been credit in account accordingly.
