An Act for the Further Appropriation of the Revenue for the Year ended June thirtieth, one thousand eight hundred and ninety-four, and for the General Appropriation of the Revenue for the
Year ending June thirtieth, one thousand eight
hundred and ninety-five.
HERBAS by the laws relating to the Customs and TradePreamble.
and other Acts and Ordinances of the Province of
of Her Majesty, Her heirs and successors, for the public uses of the
said province and support of the Government thereof-Be it there- fore Enacted by the Governor of the Province of South Australia, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and House of Assembly of the said province, in this present Parliament assembled,
follows: |
General Public Revenues of the said province, not otherwise by law |
specially appropriated, there shall or may be further issued and applied, in the manner hereinafter mentioned, any sums of money not exceeding in amount respectively the several sums of money hereinafter specified, that is to say-

Treasurer to pay the
or sums of money for the purposes hereinbefore mentioned, not exceeding in the whole the sums respectively in that behalf herein- before specified, to such persons and in such portions as the Governor for the time being shall, by any order or orders in writing signed by him and cotmtersigned by the Chief Secretary, from time to time direct; and the said Treasurer shall, in his accounts, be allowed credit for all sums paid by him in pursuance of such orders accordingly; and the receipts of the persons to whom such sums shall have been so paid shall be to him | ||
