imposed, levied, and collected, to be paid to the Treasurer on behdf of Her Majesty, Iler heirs and successors, for the public uses of the said Province and support of the Government thereof-Be it there- fore Enacted, by the Governor of the Province of South Aus- tralia, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and House of ihembly of the said Province, in this present; Parlia-
ment assembled, as follows:

for the year ending the
thirty-first day of December. one thousandeight hundred and seventy-three. there shall be paid out of the
Northern Territory Revenue the sum of Thirteen Thousand
Six Hundredand Eighteen Pounds and Tenpence. being appropriatedas follows :-

before specifid, to such persons, and in such portions, as thc Gover- for the time being shall, by any order or orders in writing, @ned by him, and countersigned by the Chief Secretary, from time credit for all sums paid by him in pursuance of such orders accordingly; and the receipts of the persons to whom such sums shall have been so paid shall be to him a full discharge for the sum | |
given, and the amounts thereof shall be passed to his credit in account accordingly. |
