HERE-4S by the Laws relating to the Customs and Trade Preamble-

W and other Acts and Ordinances of the Province of South Australia, certain duties, fines and other moneys arc or may be

imposed, levied, and collected, to be paid to the Treasurer on behdf of Her Majesty, Iler heirs and successors, for the public uses of the said Province and support of the Government thereof-Be it there- fore Enacted, by the Governor of the Province of South Aus- tralia, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and House of ihembly of the said Province, in this present; Parlia-

ment assembled, as follows:

1. Out of the said duties, and the produce of all or any other the

account accordingly.
