HEREBS by the Laws relating to the Customs
and TradePreamble.

imposed, levied, and collected, to be paid to the Treasurer on behalf
of Her Majesty, Her heirs and successors, for the public uses of the
said Province and support of the Government thereof-Be it there- fore Enacted, by the Governor-in-Chief of the Province of South Australia, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council
General Public Revennes of the said Province, not otherwise by law | l. Out of the said duties, and the produce of all or any other the |
apecially appropriated, there shall or may be further issued and applied, in the manner hereinafter mentioned, any sums of money
not exceeding in amount respectively the several

eight hundred and sixty-seven, there shall be paid out of the Northern Territory Revenue the sum of Twenty-two Thousand Five Hundred and Twenty-two Pounds, being appropriated as follows :-

have been so paid shall be to hima full discharge for thesum or sums for which the same receipts shall have been respectively given, and the amounts thereof shall be passed to his credit in accountaccordingly.
