E it Enacted by the Governor-in-Chief of the Province of fieamble*

Expenditure for the Government Establishments and Public Ser- vices beyond the Grants for the yzar ending the thirtieth day of June, one thousand eight hundred and sixty-four, the sum of Twentythree Thousand Four Hundred and Thirteen Poupds Ten
Shillings and Eleven Pence, the said amount being appropriated as follows, viz.-

hundred and sixty-five, in addition to the sum of Onc Hundred and Ten Tho~lsand Pounds applied by tlic Act N o. 1 of 1864, intituled c' An Act to apply out of the General Revenue, the sum of One Hundred and Ten Thousand Pounds, to the service of the Year
ending the thirtieth day of Juue, One Thousand Eight Hundred
and Sixty-five," any sums of inoncy, not exceeding in the whole Three Hundred and Scvcnty-seven Thousand Pounds, to such services as shall haye been ~ o t e d by the House of Assembly
aforzsaid.
