BC Australia, with the aclvice and consent of the Legislative	Council and House of AssrznLly o f the said Province, in this present
Parliament assembled, as follows:

1. Out of the General Revenue of the said Province there shall be I,,,, a , application

then have been voted by the House of Assembly aforesaid.
