HEREAS bp the Laws relating to the Customs and Trade, Proamb!e.

W and other Acts and Ordinances of tho Province of South

Australia, certain duties, fines, and other moneys are or may be irn-

posed, levied, aud collected, to be paid to the Treasurer on behalf of Her Majesty, Her heirs and successors, for the public uses of the said Province and support of the Government thereof-Be it there- fore Enacted by the Governor-in-Chief' of the Province of South Australia, with tlie advice and consent of the Legislative Council and House of Assembly of the said Province, in this present Par- liament assembled, as follows:
