AS, by the Laws relating to the Clistoms and Trade, Preamble.

WHERE duties, fines, and other moneys are or may be imposcd, levied, and and other Acts and Ordinances of this Province, certain

collected, to he paid to the Colonial Treasurer, on behalf of Her

Majesty, Her Heirs, and Successors, for the public uses of the

Province and support of the Government thereof:

Be it therefore

Enacted, by the

thereof, That, out of the said duties, and the produce of all or any other the General Public Reverlues of the Province, not otherwise by law specially appropriated, there shall or may be further issued

and applied, in the manner hereinafter provided, for the several

purposes hereinafter mentioned, any sums of money not exceeding in amount, respectively, the several sums of money hereinafter specified, that is to say-
