c~llected, to be aid to the Colonial Treasurer, on behalf of HER

MAJESTY, Her Heirs, and Successors, for the public uses of the

Province, and support of the Government thereof:

have been otherwise unaypropriated or unprovided for by Law at the pmmencement of the Year, or which shall from time to time accrue or become payable during the Year ending on the Thirty-first day of March, One Thousand Eight Hundred and Fifty, or which shall be otherwise unappropriated or inp provided for by Law at the commencement of that Year, there shall or may be further issued and applied (over and above all other Sums heretofore appropriated for the like Services) in the manner hereinafter provided, for thc several purposes hereinafter mentioned, any Sums of Money no1 exceeding in amount respectively the several Sums of Money herein. after specified; that is to say,
