Council thereof as follows that is to say That out of the said duties and the produce of all or any other the public revenue of

mencement of that year there shall or may be issued and applied in the manner hereinafter provided for the several purposes here- inafter mentioned any sum or sums of money not exceeding in amount respectively the several sums of money hereinafter speci- fied that is to say-

First.-For

the payment of the salary. of His Honor the Judge

of the said Province for the said Year One Thousand Eight Hun-

dred and Forty-four the sum of Eight Hundred Pounds.

Secondly.-For

the defraying tlie charge of the Civil Estab-

lishment ,of tlie Province for the said Year One Thousand Eight Hundred and Forty-four as hereinafter specified the sum of Se- venteen Thousand One Hundred and Eighty-three Pounds Fifteen Shillings and Three Pence.
