follows that is to say -That out of the uaid duties and the produce of law specially provided for which shall from time to
time m m ~ eor become payable during the year One Thousand Eight Hundredaad Forty-three or which shall be otherwise unaappropriated or uuprovidedfor by law at the commencement of that year there shall or
may beissued and applied in the manner hereinafter provided for the several purposes hereinafter mentioned any 6um or
sums of money notexceed- ing in amount respectively the severalsums of money hereinafler specified that is to say-

And be it Enacted That the Colonial Treasurer shall issue and
pay from time to time any bum or sums of money for the purposes herein-

by him from time to time directand the said Treasurershall in his accounts be allowed credit for all sums paidby himin pursuance of such orders accordingly and the receipts of the persons
