teen shi l l ings and ten-pence to supply t h e deficiencies in t he a m o u n t
appropr ia ted for cer ta in depa r tmen t s for t h a t year .

2. A n d be i t enacted T h a t out of t h e p roduce of t h e said duties

not exceeding forty-eight t housand n ine h u n d r e d and th i r t een pounds
e igh teen shi l l ings a n d three-pence to defray the supp lementa ry
charge for t h e service of t h e year one t h o u s a n d e ight hund red and
th i r ty - seven as hereinafter more pa r t i cu la r ly expressed t h a t is

A n d be i t enacted T h a t t h e said Treasure r shall in his accounts from t i m e to t ime be allowed credit for any s u m or sums of money paid by h i m in pu r suance of such w a r r a n t or order in wr i t i ng as aforesaid a n d t h a t t h e receipt or receipts of t he respect ive persons to w h o m t h e same shal l be so paid shal l be a full and valid discharge t o t h e said Treasure r in pass ing his said accounts for any such sum or sums as shall be there in ment ioned and t h a t he shall and do receive credit for t h e same accordingly.
