AN ACT to appropriate and apply out of the Consolidated Revenue Fund and from Moneys to Credit of the Trust Fund and the General Loan Fund certain sums to make good the supplies granted for the Service of the Year ending the thirtieth day of June, One thousand nine hundred and fifteen, and to supplement grants made by the last Parliament during its last Session in adjust- ment of the Vote " Advance to Treasurer, 1913-14," for charges during the Year ended the 30th day of June, 1914.

Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in Parliament assembled, towards making good the Supply which we have cheer- fully granted to Your Majesty in this Session of Parliament, have resolved to grant unto Your Majesty the Sums hereinafter mentioned, and do therefore most humbly beseech Your Majesty that it may be enacted: And be it therefore enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative

Council and Legislative Assembly of Western Australia. in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows (that is to say) :-

Application of

Moneys.

1. There shall and may be issued and applied, for or towards making good the supply granted to His Majesty for the services of the year ending the thirtieth day of June, One thousand nine hundred and fifteen, the following sums, that is to say :

From the Consolidated Revenue Fund the sum of One Million Three Hundred and Fifty-three Thousand Eight Hundred and Thirty-eight Pounds.

From moneys to credit of the Trust Fund, the sum of One Hundred and Twelve Thousand Three Hundred and Seventy-nine Pounds.

From moneys to credit of the General Loan Fund, the sum of One Million Seven Hundred and Fifty Thousand Six Hundred and Ninety-three Pounds.

From the Public Account for Advance to Treasurer the sum of One Hundred and Nineteen Thousand One Hundred and Seventy Pounds.

From the Consolidated Revenue Fund the sum of Three Million Nine Hundred and Fifty-six Thousand Nine Hundred and Twenty-three Pounds.

From moneys to credit of the Trust Fund the sum of One Hundred and Twelve Thousand Three Hundred and Seventy-nine Pounds.

From moneys to credit of the General Loan Fund the sum of Two Million Eight Hundred and Fifty-three Thousand Seven Hundred and Ninety-eight Pounds.

From the Public Account for Advance to Treasurer the sum of Three Hundred and Fifty Thousand Pounds ; and

Treasurer.

Advance to

(2.) All sums granted by this Act to supplement grants in con- firmation of the expenditure from the vote, " Advance to Treasurer, 1913-19," for charges during the year ended the 30th day of June, 1914, that is to say :

From the Consolidated Revenue Fund the sum of One Hundred and Fifty-three Thousand Eight Hundred and Twenty-eight Pounds Six Shillings and Eleven pence.

From the General Loan Fund the sum of One Hundred and Two Thousand Seven Hundred and Ninety-six Pounds Three Shillings and One penny,

are appropriated and shall be deemed to have been appropriated

This appropriation includes £50,000 to be carried to a Plant Suspense Account, which will be used to defray the original cost of plant, and cost of plant at present charged to the Stores Suspense Account ; such account will be credited with all hire charges and depreciation debitable to departmental votes. The amount also includes £5,000 to be carried to a Plant Suspense Account, w ;Mb will be charged with the purchase of live stock, and the value of stock on band controlled by the Department of Agriculture; and shall be credited with hire charges, and depreciation chargeable to departmental votes.

ADVANCE TO TREASURER.

To be issued, if and when required, from the Public Account, to enable the Treasurer to make advances to public officers, or for payment of deposits on Contracts, or on account of other Governments, etc. Also to pay expenses of an unforeseen nature, also increases of Salaries in accordance with the decisions of the Public Service Appeal Board dated 16th December, 1914, chargeable against the Consolidated Revenue Fund or the General Loan Fund ; such disbursements to be transferred monthly to the respective Votes and Services, and to be shown as excesses thereon or as new items. The appro- priation may also include expenditure in excess of the provision of any Loan Act pending statutory authority for the raising of such moneys, and such expenditure, to be charged to Loan Suspense Account, to be subsequently submitted to Parliament for specific appropriation. The whole amount to be adjusted not
