AN ACT to appropriate and apply out of the Consolidated Revenue Fund and from Moneys to Credit of the Trust Fund, the General Loan Fund, and the Loan Suspense Account certain sums to make good the supplies granted for the Service of the Year ending the thirtieth day of June, One thousand nine hundred and twelve.

Wassembled, towards making good the Supply which we have cheer-Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in Parliament
fully granted to Your Majesty in this Session of Parliament, have resolved to grant unto Your Majesty the Sums hereinafter men- tioned, and do therefore most humbly beseech Your Majesty that it may be enacted : And be it therefore enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legis- lative Council and Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in

this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the
same, as follows (that is to say) :-

There shall and may be issued and applied, for or towards making good the supply granted to His Majesty for the services of the year ending the thirtieth day of June, One thousand nine hundred and eleven, the following sums, that is to say:
From the Consolidated Revenue Fund the sum of One Million Six hundred and Seventy-three Thousand Three Hundred and Seventy-seven Pounds on account of the Estimates passed by Parliament, and 'two Hundred and Fifty Thousand Pounds for advance to Treasurer.
From moneys to credit of the Trust Fund, the sum of Forty- four Thousand Seven Hundred and Eighty-one Ponnds.
From moneys to credit of the General Loan Fund, the sum of One Million Six Hundred and Three Thousand and Eighty-two Pounds.

All sums granted by this Act, and the Acts mentioned in Schedule A to this Act, towards making good the Supply granted to His Majesty, that is to say:
From the Consolidated Revenue Fund, the sum of Three Million Two Hundred and Thirteen Thousand and Seventy-seven Pounds.
From moneys to credit of the Trust Fund, the sum of Forty- four Thousand Seven Hundred and Eighty-one Pounds.
From moneys to credit of the General Loan Fund, the sum of Two Million Four Hundred and Fifty-seven Thousand and Eighty-two Pounds are appropriated and shall be deemed to have been appropriated for the purposes and services expressed in Schedules B, C, and D.
