AN ACT to apply from the Loan Suspense Account the sum of Forty Thousand Pounds for the construction of the Southern Cross- Bullfinch Railway.

the Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this presentBE it enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty, by andwith the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and

Parliament assembled, and. by the authority of the same, as follows :—

making good the supply granted to His Majesty for the construction tion of S40,000.

1.

There shall and may be issued and applied for or towards Issue and applies,

of the Southern Cross-Bullfinch Railway the sum of Forty thousand pounds from the Loan Suspense Account, and the Colonial Treasurer of Western Australia is hereby authorised and empowered to issue and apply such sum accordingly.

2.      The said sum shall be available to satisfy the warrants under sum available,

the hands of the Governor for the service aforesaid.
