AN ACT to appropriate and apply out of the Consolidated Revenue Fund and from Moneys to Credit of the Trust Fund, the General Loan Fund, and the Loan Suspense Account certain sums to • make good the supplies granted for the Service of the Year ending the thirtieth day of June, One thousand nine hundred and ten, and to sup- plement grants made by the present Parlia- ment during its last Session in adjustment of the Vote "Advance to Treasurer, 1908-9," for charges during the Year ended the 30th day of June, 1909.

Legislative Assembly of Western Australia. in Parliament assembled, towards making good the Supply which we have cheer- fully granted to Your Majesty in this Session of Parliament, have resolved to grant unto Your Majesty the Sums hereinafter mentioned, and do therefore most humbly beseech Your Majesty that it may be enacted: And be it therefore enacted by the King's Most Excellent

Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows (that is to say) :-

'There shall and may be issued and applied, for or towards making good the supply granted to His Majesty for the services of the year ending the thirtieth day of (Tune, One thousand nine hundred and ten, the following sums, that is to say :

From the Consolidated Revenue Fund, the sum of One Million Six Hundred and Seventy-six Thousand Three Hundred and Eighty- seven Pounds.

From moneys to credit of the Trust Fund, the sum of Thirty- nine Thousand Six Hundred and Ninety-six Pounds.

From moneys to credit of the General Loan Fund, the sum of One Million 'Three Hundred and Three Thousand Five Hundred and Seventy-nine Pounds.

All sums granted by this Act, and the Acts mentioned in From the Consolidated Revenue Fund, the sum of Two Million Four Hundred and Fifty-seven Thousand One Hundred and Twelve Pounds.

nine Thousand Six Hundred and Ninety-six Pounds.

From moneys to credit of the General Loan Fund, the sum of One Million Six Hundred and Ninety-three Thousand Eight Hundred and Ninety-nine Pounds ; and

All sums granted by this Act to supplement grants in From the Consolidated Revenue Fund the sum of Sixty-three Thousand Two Hundred and Ninety-eight Pounds Three Shillings and Nine Pence.

From the Loan Suspense Account the sum of Six Thousand One Hundred and Thirty-one Pounds Three Shillings and Three Pence
