AN ACT to apply a sum out of the Consoli- dated Revenue Fund and from Moneys to Credit of the General Loan Fund and from the Loan Suspense Account to the Services

of the Year ending thirtieth day of

June, One thousand nine hundred and six,

and to appropriate the Supplies granted in

this Session of Parliament.

assembled, towards making good the supply which we have cheer- fully granted to Your Majesty in this Session of Parliament, have resolved to grant unto Your Majesty the sums hereinafter mentioned, and do therefore most humbly beseech Your Majesty that it may be enacted: And be it therefore enacted by the King's Most Excellent

Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and the Legislative Assembly of Western Australia,.in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows (that is to say):-

There shall and may be issued and applied, for or towards making good the Supply granted to His Majesty for the services of the year ending the thirtieth day of June, One thousand nine hundred and six, the following sums, that is to say :

From the Consolidated Revenue Fund, the sum of One million eight hundred and thirty-seven thousand two hundred and eighty- seven pounds.

From moneys to credit of the General Loan Fund and from the Loan Suspense Account, the sum of six hundred and forty-seven thousand two hundred and fifty-six pounds.

Appropriation of

All sums granted by this Act, and the Acts mentioned in From the Consolidated Revenue Fund, the sum of Two million eight hundred and twenty-four thousand nine hundred and forty-three pounds.
