AN ACT to apply a sum out of the Consoli- dated Revenue Fund and from Moneys to Credit of the General Loan Fund and from Loan Suspense Account to the Services of the Year ending the last day of June, One thousand nine hundred and three, and to appropriate the Supplies granted in this Session of Parliament.

ment assembled, towards making good the supply which we have cheerfully granted to Your Majesty in this Session of Parliament, have resolved to grant unto Your Majesty the sums hereinafter mentioned, and do therefore most humbly beseech Your Majesty that it may be enacted: And be it therefore enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and the Legislative Assembly of Western

Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows (that is to say):—

moneys.

making good the Supply granted to His Majesty for the services of the year ending the last day of June, One thousand nine hundred and three, the following sums, that is to say:

From the Consolidated Revenue Fund, the sum of One million eight hundred and ninety-nine thousand five hundred and twenty-six pounds eleven shillings and twopence.

From moneys to credit of the General Loan Fund and from Loan Suspense Account, the sum of One million three hundred and thirty-three thousand five hundred and thirty- five pounds fifteen shillings and threepence.

2. ALL sums granted by this Act, and the Acts mentioned in

supplies.

Schedule A to this Act, towards making good the Supply granted to From the Consolidated Revenue Fund, the sum of Two million nine hundred and ninety-nine thousand five hundred and twenty-six pounds eleven shillings and twopence.

His Majesty, that is to say:

From moneys to credit of the General Loan Fund and from Loan Suspense Account, the sum of Two million two hundred and thirty-three thousand five hundred and thirty- five pounds fifteen shillings and threepence ;

Schedules B and C

are appropriated and shall be deemed to have been appropriated

for the purposes and services expressed in Schedules B and C.
