AN ACT to apply a sum out of the Consoli- dated Revenue Fund and from Moneys to Credit of the General Loan Fund to the Services of the Year ending the last day of June, One thousandeight hundred and ninety- nine, and to appropriate the Supplies granted in this Session of Parliament.

E, Your Majesty's most dutiful and loyal subjects, the ment assembled, towards making good the supply which we have cheerfully granted to Your Majesty in this Session of Parliament have resolved to grant unto Your Majesty the sums hereinafter mentioned, and do therefore most humbly beseech Your Majesty that it may be enacted; And be it therefore enacted by the Queen's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and the Legislative Assembly of Western

Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows (that is to say):-

THERE shall and may be issued and applied, for or towards making good the Supply granted to Her Majesty for the services of the year ending the last day of June, One thousand eight hundred and ninety-nine, the following sums, that is to say :

Application of

moneys.

From the Consolidated Revenue Fund, the sum of One million five hundred and twenty-eight thousand and eighty- two pounds fifteen shillings and eightpence.

From moneys to credit of the General Loan Fund, the sum of Nine hundred and seventy-nine thousand eight hundred and seventy-six pounds two shillings and sevenpence.

2.      ALL sums granted by this Act, and the Acts mentioned in

Appropriation of

Schedule A to this Act, towards making good the Supply granted to From the Consolidated Revenue Fund, the sum of Two million two hundred and seventy-eight thousand and eighty- two pounds fifteen shillings and eightpence.

Her Majesty, that is to say :

From moneys to credit of the General Loan Fund, the sum of One million three hundred and seventy-nine thousand eight hundred and seventy-six pounds two shillings and seven- pence.

Schedules B and C.

are appropriated and shall be deemed to have been appropriated

for the purposes and services expressed in Schedules B and C.
