No. XXXVI.
AN ACT to confirm certain Expenditure for the year ending 30th June, One thousand eight hundred and ninety-seven.
[Assented to, 23rd December, 1,997.]
| HEREAS it is necessary that Legislative authority be obtained 1896-7 not included in any Appropriation Act for the year : Be it therefore enacted by the Queen's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and Legis- lative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows: | W | for certain expenditure incurred for the services of the year | Preamble. |
| The expenditure of the sum of Six hundred and nineteen thousand three hundred and ninety-nine pounds two shillings and | :Excesses on votes |
| on the Consolidated | |
| one penny, set forth in the Schedule A to this Act, shall be and the | Revenue F mid for the year 1806-7. |
| same is hereby confirmed and allowed, and is hereby declared to be a charge against the Consolidated Revenue Fund of the Colony. | |
| The expenditure of the sum of Ninety-two thousand one hundred and forty-nine pounds eighteen shillings and ninepence, set | Excesses on Votes |
| on the General Loan | |
| forth in the Schedule B to this Act, shall be and the same is hereby | Fund for the year 1806-7. |
| confirmed and allowed, and is hereby declared to be a charge against the General Loan Fund of the Colony. |
