No. XXXVI.

AN ACT to confirm certain Expenditure for the year ending 30th June, One thousand eight hundred and ninety-seven.

[Assented to, 23rd December, 1,997.]

HEREAS it is necessary that Legislative authority be obtained 1896-7 not included in any Appropriation Act for the year : Be it therefore enacted by the Queen's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and Legis- lative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
