AN ACT to confirm certain Expenditure for the year ending 30th June, One thousand eight hundred and ninety-five.

AVIIEREAS it is necessary that Legislative authority be obtained

Preamble.

-for certain expenditure incurred for the services of the year ending 30th June, 1895, not included in any Appropriation Act -for the year : Be it therefore enacted by the Queen's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—

The expenditure of the sum of Ninety-five thousand eight hundred and forty pounds eleven shillings and fourpence, set forth

for the year ending

in the Schedule to this Act, shall be and the same is hereby

30th June,1895.

confirmed and allowed, and is hereby declared to be a charge against

the Consolidated Revenue Fund of the Colony.
