AN ACT to apply a sum out of the Consoli- dated Revenue Fund and from Moneys to Credit of the General Loan Fund to the Services of the Year ending the last day of June, One thousand eight hundred and ninety- seven, and to appropriate the Supplies granted in this Session of Parliament.

MOST GRACIOUS SOVEREIGN,-

E, Your Majesty's most dutiful and loyal subjects, the ment assembled, towards making good the supply which we have cheerfully granted to Your Majesty in this Session of Parliament have resolved to grant unto Your Majesty the sums hereinafter mentioned, and do therefore most humbly beseech Your Majesty that it may be enacted ; And be it therefore enacted by the Queen's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and the Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows (that is to say):—

Appropriation-1896-7.

THERE shall and may be issued and applied, for or towards making good the Supply granted to Tier Majesty for the services of the year ending the last day of June, One thousand eight hundred and ninety-seven, the following sums, that is to say :

moneys.

From the Consolidated Revenue Fund, the sum of One million nine hundred and eight thousand three hundred and eighty-six pounds and one penny ;

From moneys to credit of the General Loan Fetid, the sum of Two million six hundred and one thousand three hundred and three pounds twelve shillings and one penny.

Appropriation of

ALL sums granted by this Act, and the Act mentioned in

supplies.

Schedule A to this Act, towards making good the Supply granted to From the Consolidated Revenue Fund, the sum of Two million four hundred and eight thousand three hundred and eighty-six pounds and one penny ;

Schedule A.

Her Majesty, that is to say:

From moneys to credit of the General Loan Fund, the sum of

Two million seven hundred and one thousand three

hundred and three pounds twelve shillings and one penny,

are appropriated and shall be deemed to have been appropriated

Schedules B and C

for the purposes and services expressed in Schedules B and C.

In the name and on behalf of the Queen I hereby assent

to this Act.
