AN ACT to apply a sum out of the Consoli- dated Revenue Fund and from Moneys to Credit of Loan Accounts to the Services of the Year ending the last day of June, One thousand eight hundred and ninety-six, and to appropriate the Supplies granted in this Session of Parliament.

cheerfully granted to Your Majesty in this Session of Parliament have resolved to grant unto Your Majesty the sums hereinafter mentioned, and do therefore most humbly beseech Your Majesty that it may be enacted ; And be it therefore enacted by the Queen's Most Excellent Majesty; by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and the Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows (that is to say):—

Appropriation-1895-6.

THERE shall and may be issued and applied, for or towards making good the Supply granted to Her Majesty for the services of the year ending the last day of June, One thousand. eight hundred and ninety-six, the following sums, that is to say :

Application of

moneys.

From the Consolidated Revenue Fund, the sum of One million one hundred and thirty-three thousand six hundred and eighty-one pounds eleven shillings and eight pence ;

From moneys to credit of Loan Accounts, the sum of Eight hundred and sixty-three thousand four hundred and sixty pounds seven shillings and seven pence.

2.      ALL sums granted by this Act, and the Act mentioned in

supplies.

Schedule A to this Act, towards making good the Supply granted to From the Consolidated Revenue Fund, the sum of One million three hundred and thirty-three thousand six hundred and eighty-one pounds eleven shillings and eight pence:

Schedule A.

Her Majesty, that is to say:

From moneys to credit of Loan Accounts, the sum of Eight hundred and sixty-three thousand four hundred and sixty pounds seven shillings and seven pence :

Schedules B and C.

are appropriated and shall be deemed to have been appropriated

for the purposes and services expressed in Schedules B and C.
