AN ACT to confirm certain Expenditure for the Half-year ending 30th June, One thousand eight hundred and ninety-three.

[Assented to, loth October, 1894.]

WHEREAS it is necessary that Legislative authority be

the half-year ending 30th June, 1893, not included in any Appropri- obtained for certain expenditure incurred for the services of ation Act for• that period: Be it therefore enacted by the Queen's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:-

Preamble.

1. THE expenditure of the sum of Twenty-eight thousand four hundred and eighty-five pounds thirteen shillings and threepence,

Excesses on votes

for the half-year ending 30th June,

set forth in the Schedule to this Act, shall be and the same is hereby

confirmed and allowed, and is hereby declared to be a charge against

the Consolidated Revenue Fund of the Colony.

In the name and on behalf of the Queen I hereby assent

to this Act.
