AN ACT to confirm certain Expenditure for

the year One thousand eight hundred and

ninety-two.

[Assented to, isth October, 493.]

HEREAS it is necessary that Legislative authority be

obtained for certain expenditure incurred for the services of Preamble.

the year 1892, not included in any Appropriation Act for the year: Be it therefore enacted by the Queen's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parlia- ment assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—

1. THE expenditure of the sum of Thirty-six thousand eight

d eighty-three pounds fifteen shillings and threepence

and

, for the year 1892.

set forth in the Schedule to this Act, shall be and the same is hereby confirmed and allowed, and is hereby declared to be a charge against the Consolidated Revenue Fund of the Colony.
